I don’t necessarily want a 4Runner, but I don’t NOT want a 4Runner.

I was thinking of selling my car to free money up for a new toy, but I’m concerned I’ll regret selling it. Anyway, it’s not been a lucrative 2020 for obvious reasons — but the ITCH is STRONG.

S o I guess I’ll just have to —

S huffling the fleet is the e asiest way to free up monies and space . My wife was like, “Why don’t you just sell both and buy something really nice for yourself ?” A great idea — but I can’t seem to part with either. Every year I’m like, “oh this is definitely the Swan Song for the longboi...” And then I wake up 7 years later and it’s still here! And it sits safely in the garage year round, ensuring an even * more* extended lifespan! Even when my wife’s car decided it hates my guts, the universe had given me a golden opportunity to splurge and live vicariously through my wife by replacing it. But instead I fixed it. Am I insane? Or not too insane enough?

Also my neighbor wants to replace our shared fence this summer so... That's more money not going to fun. Oh well.

knock the fence over in a storm onto your neighbours property, that way they claim it through their home insurance and you pay nothing

The fuck is a shared fence? It’s either yours, or his. If my fence fell down I certainly wouldn’t bother my neighbor for money to fix it, on the other hand the other side of my backyard has my other neighbor’s fence on it, and when that finally falls down I ain’t paying him either.

I think neighbors, in the interest of being neighborly, will be cooperative in the building of a fence. Thus reducing the need for two fences side by side or one begrudged neighbor who doesn’t like ______ about the fence.

I told mine my plan, and told him where I was putting up a shed. He offered me some money, but I refused and thanked him. We cheers from our respective porches to each other in our back yards, and I can’t wait to move some small trees around to the gap so I don’t have to see his yard (and him mine) when I go out my back door. We get along swimmingly.
